RISE-WV exists to provide housing, healthcare, and reintegration support to West Virginians returning from incarceration and substance use treatment. Through transitional housing, integrated primary healthcare, and rural mobile health services, RISE-WV helps individuals achieve stability, improve health outcomes, and successfully reintegrate into their communities.
